Paranoia is a utility for customizing VRChat OSC chatbox output on supported PC and Quest versions. You are responsible for the messages you configure and send.
Scope
These terms apply to Paranoia and the following configured websites and services:
Use of the app
Paranoia is provided as-is. You are responsible for the messages and content you send to the VRChat chatbox through the app.
User content and conduct
You are responsible for user-generated chatbox content. You must follow VRChat rules, device/platform rules, Spotify terms, and applicable laws. The developer is not responsible for account actions, moderation, or platform restrictions caused by user behavior.
OSC and local configuration
OSC behavior depends on VRChat, your local network setup, and your configuration. Paranoia cannot guarantee that OSC output will always be delivered or displayed.
Optional Spotify features
Spotify features depend on Spotify API availability and user authorization. Spotify access may be limited by app review, quota mode, allowlists, revoked authorization, rate limits, or Spotify service changes.
Settings sharing
Settings sharing is optional and user-controlled. Only share settings if you are comfortable with the selected settings being uploaded and retrievable with a six-digit code while that code is valid or available.
Changes and availability
No uninterrupted service is guaranteed. The developer may update, change, limit, or remove features. Online features may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, provider changes, or abuse prevention.
Third-party services
The app depends on third-party platforms such as VRChat, Meta, Spotify, and the device or operating system you use. Those services may change or limit functionality. Paranoia is not affiliated with VRChat, Meta, or Spotify.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paranoia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to app use, OSC output, online features, third-party services, or user-generated chatbox content.
